Most builds are completed within 5-10 business days from component sourcing to delivery, depending on stock availability for your specific components. We give you an estimated lead time in the quote.
Do you use quality components?
We spec builds with reputable brands — ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, Corsair, Samsung, Seagate, Fractal, be quiet!, and others. We don't spec cheap components to hit a price point and then mask it with a flashy case.
What warranty do custom builds come with?
Components carry manufacturer warranties (typically 2-3 years for most parts). The build itself — assembly, cable management, and initial configuration — is backed by our workmanship guarantee.
Can I provide my own components?
Yes, with some caveats. We can integrate components you already own into a new build, but we'll review compatibility first and won't be liable for pre-owned components that fail.
